The 10 ATM depth rating is reinforced with a 9 clock screw-down crown and a tapered custom silicon rubber strap making it a truly seaworthy timepiece. The USS Observer is finished with structural elements that add strenght and durability including a raised and chamfered bezel designed to protect the crystal without interfering with dial visibility and top loaded case contruction with an easy-access battery hatch.
