Description

The Avanti 24, shown here with five modules, rows of 4 winders, is housed in a handsome Brazilian rosewood cabinet with an elegant and durable high gloss finish. The Avanti 24 will be shipped with six modules, rows of four winders. The cabinet stands thirty six inches high and is approximately twenty-two inches wide and nine inches deep. The face of the cabinet has a tempered glass door fitted with SOSS brand exceptionally constructed invisible hinges, concealed lock and carbon fiber trim. Each module, row of four watches, is faced with carbon fiber trim with an independent on/off switch. The pedestal base is weighted to provide stability.

The Avanti 24 is available with either a Programmable or Rotorwind movement for all 24 winders. This Avanti 24 uses Orbita's “made-in-the-USA” patented Rotorwind winding movement featuring ball-bearing construction and solid-state controls insuring a long and maintenance-free life.
Rotorwind is unique in that it swings, oscillates, an automatic watch, rather than rotating it. This specific movement mimics the natural swinging action of the wrist. With a series of oscillations triggered by a single revolution of a low current draw-drive motor, power is needed only for either a 10 minute cycle with an estimated 900-950 Turns-Per-Day (TPD) or a 15 minute cycle with an estimated 750 TPD. Operates with the supplied wall-plug AC/DC adapter.
Comes complete with a 2 year warranty for any defects in materials and/or workmanship. An extended warranty is available for purchase through Orbita.
