The Carolo Watch Winder from Orbita features a hexagonal case that is mounted on a low profile heavy duty ball-bearing swivel that can be effortlessly rotated by hand, providing access to six watches. The perfect winder for use where space is limited. Requiring only sixteen inches of depth, it's ideal for use in safes, shallow cabinets and other locations! Housed within the hexagonal case are six long-life Lithium D batteries (included) that will provide years of dependable service without attention or replacement. The Carolo design is completely wireless, and requires no external power source. Each battery is connected individually to its corresponding hard drive, each of which has its own power and programming switches. Using Rotorwind movement, this design is unique in that it swings an automatic watch, rather than rotating it, mimicking the natural action of the wrist. With a series of oscillations triggered by a single revolution of a low-current draw-drive motor, power is only needed for a few seconds every 10 or 15 minutes! A program switch located under the top panel allows you to select the 10 or 15 minute option. The case is constructed of carbon fiber panels, and features an elegant, high-gloss black lacquer finish. Carolo Watch Winders can be stacked one above the other on the base unit, building up to four levels for a total of twenty-four individually powered winders! Made in the USA.
